A Six-Month Commitment to Real Change

Nothing meaningful changes overnight. That’s why ACE coaching is built around a six-month engagement—giving us the time to evaluate, implement, adjust, and solidify lasting improvements. 


Step 1: The ACE Evaluation

We begin with a comprehensive evaluation to understand your agency’s unique needs.

Virtual or In-Person Options Available


  • One-on-one conversation with the agent to identify pain points and goals
  • Team discussions to assess culture, communication, and morale
  • Review of existing processes and efficiency gaps
  • Observation of daily workflows (in-person option)
     

This step gives us a clear picture of what’s working—and what isn’t.


Step 2: A Customized Coaching Plan

 Using insights from the evaluation, we create a custom six-month plan tailored to your agency.


Your plan may include:

  • Monthly coaching sessions with the agent
  • Monthly or multiple team coaching sessions
  • Team-building activities and culture exercises
  • Personality assessments to improve understanding and communication
  • Individual coaching or training where needed
  • Development and implementation of efficient, repeatable processes
